1. Commercial Rent Recovery by C.R.A.R {Covering all England & Wales}
This is carried out on a commission free basis, all C.R.A.R. fees are paid by the tenant, In such a case where no charges can be made against the Tenant, no liability will fall on the Landlord or his agent.

2. Common Law Forfeiture
E executed on behalf of the Landlord, £225.00 - £295.00 plus locksmiths charges and/or Boarding up costs. This depends on the size and location of the property, plus the Court Costs for a sworn affidavit.

3. Process Serving
Within the M25 Motorway area a charge of £120.00 per service, outside the M25 Motorway area £250.00. To include Congestion Charge and affidavit.

4. Debt Recovery
All debt recovery is based on a no collection no fee system. Agreed commission of between 5-20%, depending on the amount of the debt. Because of the general reaction to letters, all debtors receive personal visits, either at their home or at their place of work, if necessary on a regular basis.
